Privacy policy

What we collect

• Email — required; this is where the product is delivered.
• Name — for addressing you in email and matching support requests.
• Phone number — optional, only used for urgent order issues.
• IP address and browser at checkout — for fraud prevention and payment disputes.
• Order history — so you can retrieve your QR codes and we can keep required records.

How we use it

Only to process and deliver your order, support you if something goes wrong, and meet Vietnamese accounting and tax obligations. Nothing else.

Who we share it with

• Our email provider, so the QR code can reach you.
• Government authorities, when legally compelled in writing.
• We never sell, rent, or trade customer data for advertising.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for at least five years as Vietnamese accounting rules require. After that we delete or anonymise them.

Cookies and analytics

We use no advertising cookies and embed no ad-network trackers. Your cart lives in your browser's localStorage and is not sent to the server until you place the order. Analytics, when enabled, run on our own self-hosted Umami instance — no data leaves our systems.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. Email support@meosim.com with your order number so we can verify you. Data we are legally required to retain cannot be deleted early, but we will stop using it for anything else.

Technical security

• The whole site runs over HTTPS; nothing is transmitted unencrypted.
• Order pages use signed links, so nobody can browse someone else's order by guessing an order number.
• The order lookup form is rate-limited against automated guessing.
• Admin passwords are hashed with bcrypt and never stored in readable form.
