1. Who provides the service

2. The product

meosim sells access to eSIM profiles provided by partner carriers. The product is digital: you receive a QR code by email, nothing physical ships.

• Each QR code installs once, on one device.
• Most plans are data-only with no number for calls or SMS unless the plan says otherwise.
• Validity starts on the eSIM's first successful connection in the covered country.
• Speed and coverage are determined by the local carrier; meosim does not guarantee a specific speed.

3. Your responsibilities

• Confirm your device supports eSIM and is unlocked BEFORE buying.
• Enter your email correctly. A code sent to the wrong address is lost and will not be reissued.
• Treat the QR code like cash: anyone holding it can install it, and it installs only once.
• Do not resell, publish, or use the code for anything unlawful in the destination country.

4. Payment

Prices are in Vietnamese dong and include everything payable. Orders are processed once payment clears. Keep the transfer reference exactly as shown; a changed reference delays reconciliation.

5. Delivery

The QR code is emailed automatically once payment is recorded, usually within minutes. If stock is momentarily out, the order moves to processing and is fulfilled within 2 business hours; you receive an email about it.

6. Refunds

See the refund policy. In short: uninstalled codes can be refunded or exchanged, installed codes cannot.

7. Limitation of liability

meosim's maximum liability for any order is the amount paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect losses arising from lack of connectivity, such as a missed flight or a missed transaction.

8. Changes

These terms may change. The version that applies to your order is the one in force when you placed it. The last update date is shown at the top.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by Vietnamese law. Disputes are settled by negotiation first; failing that, by a competent court in Vietnam.
